Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Support Team Lead, under the direction of the Manager of Sales Support, will provide support to remote sales team members by supporting with routine functions to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner, and appropriate records and documents are consistently updated and maintained. This individual must work together with supervisory personnel to employ a teamwork approach, and will provide additional support and guidance when the manager is not available.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive and sales team with tasks related to setup and maintenance of new and existing clients, and team members.
  • Coordinate new client set-ups and track onboarding processes to completion
  • Audit the New Client Information Sheet (NCIS) and filter information to be communicated to internal departments.
  • Facilitate price quotes for clients based on the information provided by sales, and other information that affects cost.
  • Create proformas and proposals based on types of tests ordered by clients, current revenue, and predicted profit. Create justification for additional positions or increased hours.
  • Create reports, charts, and other statistics to increase sales, client performance, and up sale products.
  • Audit, maintain, and update sales documents (forms, agreements, databases, spreadsheets, etc.) to ensure accuracy, and compliance.
  • Prepare marketing materials, such as sales aides, onboarding manuals, brochures, and other PathGroup merchandise.
  • Develop and uphold quality relationships with internal and external team members.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires, distribute forms, submit order/track IT equipment, etc. for new hires when necessary.
  • Create CER/PR requests and obtain appropriate signatures.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements, agendas, and scheduling for executive and sales team.
  • Document and track expenses to ensure accuracy of expense reporting.
  • Take inbound sales calls for new account setups as necessary. Follow the sales process to ensure proper setup and client satisfaction.
  • Complete other administrative and/or sales tasks and projects, as necessary.
  • Oversee special projects as assigned.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry’s best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
  • Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all Corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work with other departments within PathGroup and subsidiaries.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION & LICENSURE:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years’ experience functioning in a support position required; preferably sales.
  • Must be a self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and comfortable taking the initiative to move processes forward and find solutions while remaining adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Must possess outstanding attention to detail, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is preferred.
