JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative, under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor performs the daily activities of answering incoming calls quickly and professionally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer all patient and insurance company calls.
  • Update and comment on patient accounts from correspondence received and/or phone calls.
  • Order and mail insurance claims.
  • Post credit card payments from patients.
  • Work Claims Update from Website.
  • Pickup mail and respond to inquiries.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION & LICENSURE:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • One year of prior job-related experience is required.
