Job Description


The Customer Service Coordinator, under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor performs the daily activities of supporting team members in the Customer Service Department by answering questions, training, quality monitoring and additional ancillary support responsibilities.



  • Assists the Customer Service Supervisor in the overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department.
  • Serves as project leader in the development and implementation of training, QA programs and department protocols
  • Acting as supervisor in absence of supervisor.
  • Assists the Customer Service Supervisor in training Customer Service personnel of the department procedures and performance guidelines.
  • Performs all duties of a customer service representative including: answering all patient and insurance company calls, updating patient accounts, ordering and mailing insurance claims, and posting credit card payments.
  • Assist Supervisor in write-offs, projects and status reports.

Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED is required.


  • Two to four years of prior job-related experience is required.
